Sadie was a cocker spaniel with special health needs. Her guardian, Pam, refused to give up hope of finding new and better ways to help Sadie, including both traditional and holistic veterinary care.

Intended for children, the book’s message is for adults as well: Don’t give up hope if your pet has special needs. The book also highlights the responsibilities of pet ownership and the importance of proper pet care. In honor of Sadie, a portion of the proceeds will go to Hearts United for Animals, to help dogs rescued from puppy mills.
